Expressing life's experiences through the application of paint, appreciating every moment spent at the easel.

Marci Green has studied art for the past 25 years in all sorts of mediums, but her favorite is oils. She favors oils because of their ability to convey depth and movement, and appreciates a well-placed swipe of paint, pressed into the canvas in a moment of thought. From her own battles with Lupus as well as the special needs of her children, she understands that life has many layers; some subtle, some transforming, some raw and distorting what's truly underneath. Her paintings reflect life's varied circumstances that ultimately translate into something beautiful.
